To Start
Chef’s piping hot winter vegetable soup with warm bread roll (VG)
Creamy stilton mushrooms with mixed leaves (V)
Charcoal breaded king prawns with a sweet chilli dip and a garlic and herb mayo
Winter game patè with spiced apple chutney with toasted wholemeal bread
Main course
Traditional free range turkey breast, with chestnut stuffing and pigs in blankets
Slow roast Derbyshire pork tenderloin with spiced apple mash and Herefordshire Scrumpy sauce (GF)
Baked cod loin wrapped in crispy pancetta with chilli and chorizo butter (GF)
All served with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes
Butternut squash, cranberry and red onion tagine with focaccia and saffron rice (VG)
Desserts
Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Raspberry and white chocolate roulade with winter berry ice cream
Sticky date and walnut sponge with piping hot custard
Festive Derbyshire cheeses with melba toast and spiced real ale chutney (supplement £2.50)
